Firstly, it depends on the availability of the products with SANGAM PRINTS, once the order is approved by SANGAM PRINTS, it will take 2-5 working days for dispatching however the transit delivery varies from location to location, with the help of a tracking number, the parceled goods can be tracked well.

SANGAM PRINTS will take the responsibility of the damaged product and as mentioned in our Policies we won’t be take any returns but the damage or defective product will be exchanged. All you need to do is that inform us within 3days after you receive the courier. Make sure you make a Unboxing video first of your order/parcel after you take it from the courier partner. Without the video we will not entertain any other issues raised by the customer.

Due to the intricate and unique nature of the ethnic products available on our website, we take great pains in ensuring that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as close to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor / mobile phone screens / laptops etc. and the actual product.

Once the order and payment is done those orders cannot be cancelled. the customer can only select other products for the same value or if chosen a high priced products, the client needs to pay the difference amount  and then the order shall be processed accordingly.
