How to order?

Select the catalog which you need to buy and add it to cart, after processing the order the shipping charge will show as per weight and location. Once the order processing is done, the client will need to make the payment and once the payment transaction is done, the goods shall be dispatched on a priority basis.

How much time for delivery of goods?

Firstly, it depends on the availability of the products with SANGAM PRINTS, once the order is approved by SANGAM PRINTS, it will take 2-5 working days for dispatching however the transit delivery varies from location to location, with the help of a tracking number, the parceled goods can be tracked well.

If the product is damage?

SANGAM PRINTS will take the responsibility of the damaged product and as mentioned in our Policies we won’t be take any returns but the damage or defective product will be exchanged. All you need to do is that inform us within 3days after you receive the courier. Make sure you make a Unboxing video first of your order/parcel after you take it from the courier partner. Without the video we will not entertain any other issues raised by the customer.

Are the colors or products on the website accurate?

Products on www.sangamprints.com are hand crafted and specially created and handpicked for you. Due to the intricate and unique nature of the ethnic products available on our website, we take great pains in ensuring that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as close to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor / mobile phone screens / laptops etc. and the actual product.

If I need to cancel my order after payment?

Once the order and payment is done those orders cannot be cancelled. the customer can only select other products for the same value or if chosen a high priced products, the client needs to pay the difference amount  and then the order shall be processed accordingly.

Do you provide Cash on delivery?

Due to COVID-19 we have stopped taking COD orders for few months now. 
For now you can either pay Directly to our Bank while checking out the cart our bank details are provided to you or you can pay through Net banking or Cards. 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do Ship internationally.
