Select the catalog which you need to buy and add it to cart, after processing the order the shipping charge will show as per weight and location. Once the order processing is done, the client will need to make the payment and once the payment transaction is done, the goods shall be dispatched on a priority basis.
Firstly, it depends on the availability of the products with SANGAM PRINTS, once the order is approved by SANGAM PRINTS, it will take 3-7 working days for delivery however the transit delivery varies from location to location, with the help of a tracking number, the parceled goods can be tracked well.
SANGAM PRINTS will take the responsibility of the damaged product and as mentioned in our Policies we won’t be take any returns but the damage or defective product will be exchanged. All you need to do is that inform us within 3days after you receive the courier.
Once the order and payment is done those orders cannot be cancelled. the customer can only select other products for the same value or if chosen a high priced products, the client needs to pay the difference amount and then the order shall be processed accordingly.
Yes we do provide Cash on Delivery. But not all pin-codes are available with us right now for that service.
Sometimes after you place your order it might happen that your pin-code is not under our COD serviceable area. In this situation, you will get a call from our customer representative in few hours for the same.
PLEASE NOTE: FOR CASH ON DELIVERY, THE CUSTOMER SHOULD PAY 200/- ON TOTAL INVOICE.
Yes we do Ship internationally. But for International orders you have to place your order through Whats-app (Go to Information Page for Phone Order).
Once you Select Cards and Net-banking on the payment page during checkout and proceed to the next step, you will be taken to our payment gateway partner site, Razorpay to complete the payment. It is completely safe and all payments are processed over a secure server.
